I am a 22 hair stylist with six years of experience in the beauty industry and nearly three years as a licensed professional. Originally born in Oregon and raised in Florida, I love infusing a glamorous West Coast flair into my work. I am happily married to the love of my life, and together we dotingly care for our two fur babies, Neve and Raven, who bring endless joy to our lives. Specializing in blonding, I focus on creating the perfect blonde for each client, while also prioritizing product education. I believe that the journey to beautiful hair doesn’t end in the salon. By empowering my clients with the knowledge they need to maintain their looks at home, I aim to ensure that their hair remains flawless long after they leave my chair. My passion and dedication drive me to make every client feel confident and radiant.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policies & Client Expectations I completely understand that life happens, and I’m always happy to accommodate when possible! If you need to reschedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at (941) 900-5301. As a courtesy, first-time cancellations will receive one complimentary rescheduling. However, please note the following policies to ensure fairness and time management for all clients: • Cancellations: If more than two consecutive cancellations occur within 24 hours of your scheduled or rescheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. • No-Call / No-Show: A missed appointment without notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and a rebooking fee of 50% of your originally scheduled service will be charged in order to secure a new appointment. • Adjustments & Refunds: I do not offer refunds, but I do offer complimentary adjustments if needed. To qualify, you must contact me within 7 days of your original appointment. • Client Safety & Honesty: I am not responsible for chemical reactions caused by undisclosed previous treatments (e.g., box dye, synthetic henna, etc.), even if a waiver is not signed. Accurate information during consultation is essential to achieving the best results. • Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue the client relationship at any time for any reason, particularly if it impacts my professional comfort or safety. By booking an appointment through me directly or online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
